A. No. We offer a non-stop direct service to Port Canaveral. We do not pickup passengers along the route to the cruise port.

A. No. We do not provide child seats on our shuttles. You may bring your own carseats. If you do not want to bring a carseat, then you may book our private transfers. We do provide carseats, booster seats and infant carriers at a fee of $15.00 each per trip (private transfers only)

A. Bathrooms are not available on our shuttle buses. We recommend using the restroom at Orlando International Airport before boarding.

A. It takes approximatey 60 minutes to reach Port Canaveral from MCO, depending on traffic.

A. All major credit cards are accepted, however cash is not accepted for Port Canaveral cruise shuttle fare.

A. Your card may be billed up to 14 days prior to the service date. If you wish to have your card processed earlier, you must request the booking agent to do so at the time of booking.

A. You must call us immediately, so we may alert the driver. We can ship your belongings to you.  Clients will be responsible for all shipping costs.  Should you want us to deliver the items to your local hotel, we can do that once we have a vehicle heading your way at no charge.  We will have to bill you the full fare if you need the items immediately and cannot wait.

A. We recommend private transfers if your flight is before 1 pm. Private transfers can be booked for any time, subject to availability.

A. No, however we strongly recommend that you wear a mask since you will be riding in close quarters with other passengers.

A. We can board you on an earlier or a later shuttle as long as there is space available. Each shuttle seat is pre-booked and is subject to availability. If no seats are available, you may call Orlando Port Shuttles and book a private ride (subject to availability).

A. Yes, the shuttle may drop off passengers at several cruise lines departing out of Port Canaveral. Most cruise terminals at Port Canaveral are located next to each other.

A. Yes, but only with an adult 18 years or older.

A. If the infant is in a carseat occupying a seat then yes.

A. Yes, each person must be counted, However infants under two years of age , not occupying a seat may be carried free of charge when traveling with an adult(18 years or older)

A. You may make your Port Canaveral cruise shuttle bookings up to one year in advance.

A. Shuttle departs from Orlando International Terminal B, spaces B-5-B-9 on level-1 (ground transportation). Shuttle departure times from Orlando Airport are 10am, 11am & 12:30pm. You must call 407-856-1280 and check in once you arrive at the pickup space.

A. It is possible, however we recommend you make your bookings prior to your arrival at Orlando International Airport. We will not be able to guarantee you a seat on the shuttle without a reservation.

A. All bookings must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the service date in order to get a full refund.

A. We will try our best to board you on the next available shuttle, if we are sold out, we may be able to offer you private transportation. We will deduct your shuttle fare from the private transfer fare and charge you the difference.

A. All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card

A. Yes, however we suggest that you bring your own mask since sometimes drivers do run out.

A. Yes, you can scan our QR code from our cruise transportation page. Once logged in, you can make new bookings.

A. You can log in to our mobile app and track your driver’s exact location.

A. Our system will text you your driver’s name and phone number once assigned. You will receive an automated text a day before your scheduled ride.

A. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to your fare.

A. No refunds will be issued due to cancelled flights if the flight was cancelled less then 48 hours prior to arrival, However you may use the ride credit for a future trip within 12 months of the original pickup date. Full refund will be issued if the trip is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
